Judge Harmon signs Arbor Day Proclamation with Deanio Carmical, Branch Manager and Nick Valentine, Chief Forester from the US Forestry Dept. Arbor Day will be observed April 5, 2024, Judge Harmon urges all citizens to plant a tree in observance of this day to ensure our future generations will continue to have a beautiful landscape to enjoy.
