Judge Harmon and the Clay County Fiscal Court hosts the Kentucky Mountain Regional Recreation Authority (KMRRA). The group represents 18 counties working on a regional trail system which includes Clay and surrounding counties. Judge Harmon is looking forward to the development of this trail system in our region.
